From the Crystal Capital of the World

Every EneraField stone is hand-selected in Donghai, China and blessed before shipping. When you wear it, you carry a piece of that ancient energy with you.

How to use it

The tradition uses black obsidian to rehearse a boundary before you have to say one out loud.

  1. Use your right hand. — Right is the expressing side. Hold the bracelet in your right fist, closed.
  2. Bring up the moment. — The ask you said yes to when you meant no. Most recent, not biggest.
  3. Squeeze and hold the word. — One word: no. Hold it in your fist for five slow breaths.
  4. Say the sentence you did not say. — Out loud if you can: "I can't do that." Notice where you argue with it.
  5. Then come back to today. — Nobody is calling anyone tonight. A boundary practised in the hand is easier spoken.
  6. Wear it on the right wrist this week. — A reminder, not armour. When you notice it, repeat the word and keep walking.

What you practise is not hardness. It is the small delay between being asked and answering.

A note on everything above: crystal traditions are cultural and symbolic, and we write about them with respect. We sell stones, not medicine — no bracelet here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. If something in your life needs real attention, please see a doctor.
