From the Crystal Capital of the World

Every EneraField stone is hand-selected in Donghai, China and blessed before shipping. When you wear it, you carry a piece of that ancient energy with you.

How to use it

Rose quartz's practice is about the direction of kindness. The tradition points it inward first, because most never have.

  1. Do it at the end of the day. — Sitting on the edge of the bed is enough. Ten minutes, no phone.
  2. Put the bracelet in your left hand. — Left is the receiving side. Let it warm to your skin first.
  3. Think of one thing you did badly today. — Small enough to hold. Not your biggest failure.
  4. Say what you would say to a friend. — Out loud: "You were tired. That was hard." Then repeat it with "I".
  5. Do not add a lesson. — No "but next time". The practice ends where the sentence ends.
  6. Put it on and leave it on. — Worn on the left wrist, traditionally, as a reminder rather than a reward.

What you train is being on your own side without waiting to deserve it, and that takes repetition.

A note on everything above: crystal traditions are cultural and symbolic, and we write about them with respect. We sell stones, not medicine — no bracelet here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. If something in your life needs real attention, please see a doctor.
